Log in to Your Bank’s Online or Mobile Banking App
Open your bank’s website or mobile app, and navigate to the “Send Money” section under Interac e-Transfer.
Select Your Account
Choose the account from which you want to send the funds.
Add or Select a Contact
Enter the name, email address, or mobile number of the person you’re sending money to.
Enter the Amount
Specify the amount you wish to send and include a personalized message (make sure to add your order number here for reference). Then, set up a security question and provide the answer.
Complete the Transfer
Once done, we’ll receive a notification and process the funds into our account.
